2 in 1 Scrabble and Monopoly

A 2-in-1 Scrabble and Monopoly game, often called Monopoly Scrabble, merges word-building with property acquisition, where players use Scrabble tiles to form words on a board featuring Monopoly properties; scoring words determines movement, and covering property spaces claims them, while landing on owned properties requires paying rent, creating a faster, combined experience that ends when all letters are used or properties are claimed, with the wealthiest player winning. 

How it Works:

1.    Setup: You get a Scrabble board with Monopoly properties integrated into the grid, tiles, racks, money, tokens, Chance/Community Chest cards, and property cards.

2.    Gameplay: Instead of dice, you play a word (like Scrabble), and the score dictates how many spaces your token moves (like Monopoly).

3.    Acquiring Property: Forming a word that covers a property's spaces earns you that property; you claim it by covering its spot.

4.    Rent: If you land on an owned property, you pay rent.

5.    Purchasing Tiles: You can buy extra letters from the bank to help form words.

6.    Winning: The game ends when all tiles are gone or all properties are claimed, and the player with the most cash and property value wins. 

Key Differences from Standard Games:
