Hot melt glue sticks are thermoplastic, 100% solid adhesives that melt when heated in a glue gun and solidify upon cooling to form strong bonds quickly. Common in DIY, crafts, and packaging, they offer fast setting times, no shrinkage, and excellent adhesion to surfaces like wood, plastic, fabric, and cardboard. 

Key Characteristics and Features:

• Composition: Generally made from thermoplastic polymers like EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), PA (Polyamides), or APAO (Amorphous Poly Alpha Olefin), often with tackifiers.
• Form: Solid cylinders (usually 11mm or 7mm diameter) that are easy to store and transport.
• Application: Applied using hot glue guns, with low-temperature sticks melting around 250 – 300 °F and high-temperature around 350 – 400 °F.
